“Live your water”, you cannot cage water and her flow, you cannot tell it how to move, so as to make her less wild, the water is always true to herself, and will always find a way to follow the her way, the more you will silence her, the more she will overflow.
So listen to your desires, feelings, requests that arise from your heart and from your belly, their yes and their no.
If you look at the water … it can work as a mirror, thanks to her surface membrane, but she flows underneath, she keeps on flowing even under the ice, under the snow. Learn to observe yourself, as if you were a spectator who observes the experiences and emotions of your life from afar, without judging them but understanding them.
I am my water, my emotions, my feeling, all together or even none of them.
I live the moment and breathe it.
If someone asks me: are you emotional?
My answer is I’m like the ocean, calm and wild.
I stop, breathe and observe, let my emotions speak, take shape
I live here and they flow.
Are you not in pain? It may be painful at times, it is not always honey.
You are scared? Yea! but it is the healthy one, that keeps me awake and teaches me to move forward.

I am worth the joy!
