The emotion you feel when a wound emerges you should not deny it, do not mistreat it, listen to it so as not to compress it and let it go
Learn from the sensations you feel in that moment, not just from the wound perspective but make it general from a broader one
Don’t ask your wound to take leaps and bounds by getting frustrated or masking everything under the rug in fake perfection.
Step by step or maybe quickly, who knows, you will loosen resistance.
You will teach yourself that there is love and compassion and the opportunity to improve and that is wonderful.
